My BreakfastsI'm up at dawn, making fresh bread rolls every day, but if you are a toast person, that's available too! Start your day with a bowl of fresh fruit and home made yoghurt, cereals and fruit juices. Then on to the main event. As well as the hearty, "Full Cornish" (my butchers own sausages!), I offer a lighter daily alternative. For example blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, or maybe Cornish Treat, my own secret recipe. A continental breakfast of freshly baked croissants and pain au raisin is always on the menu. A range of teas and coffees complete the meal. (I am a bit of a coffee snob, so try the esspresso or cappuccino so I can justify my expensive coffee machine to the tax man!)
